General shipping information

 

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will make sure to contact you.

USA:

We are happy to offer FREE shipping to our customers in the US! We ship to all 50 US States, DC and Puerto Rico.

Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and may then take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive a USPS email with a tracking number on the email that you provided once your order has shipped. 

REST OF THE WORLD:

You can select the carrier and shipping option of your choice during checkout. Shipping fees will be displayed for each option.

Please note that we do not collect duties and import taxes for sales outside of the USA. Depending on your country you might need to pay them when you receive your order.

Lullabelles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
